The production line mainly produces high carbon steel wires, sturdy copper coating with even color. The diameter of copper wire are able to attain Ø0.2mm - Ø0.6mm under the drawing of wet wire drawing machine.
Flow Chart:
- Pre-treatment line: horizontal pay-off machine - descaler - cold wahing - electrical pickling - hot washing -- Boron coating--- baking device
- Heavy wire drawing machine: straight-line wire drawing machine type LZ600 --- take-up spooler type SG800
- Fine wire drawing machine : pay-off spooler type FX800 –straight-line wire drawing machine type LZ400 – dancer —take-up spooler type SG630
- Multiple copper plated line: pay-off machine – copper plated device – spool winding machine
