Production line for MIG CO2 Gas Shielded Welding Wires & Submerged Arc Welding Wires

This production line is built by fine material which mainly produces CO2 gas shielded welded wires with proper design. Finished products have even color, sturdy copper coating, super electric conduction and antirust. This production line also produces submerge arc welding wires with advanced techniques and operates easily. Diameter range: Ø2.0mm - Ø5.0mm.   1. Heavy wire drawing line : straight-line wire drawing machine type LZ600--take-up spooler type SG800 or vertical take-up coiler type XB600


  1. Fine wire drawing line : pay-off spooler type FX800 -straight-line wire drawing machine type LZ400--take-up spooler type SG630

 

  1. Copper plated line : pay-off spooler type FX630 - multiply lay out galvanization tank -take-up spooler type SG630
